Do I have to pay now ?
No, you don't have to pay now. You will need only your credit card to guarantee the booking at the hotel.
What is the penalty if have cancelled the booking ?
There is no any penalty for cancelling the booking unless you have cancelled within time limit. You will find the time limit during booking process before confirmation.
Do I need to print the voucher ?
Yes, It's preferred to print the voucher because all your booking information is mentioned in the voucher (Booking no., Check in, Check out ...etc). Or at least to you can save it in your mobile and show it at the hotel reception.
I have forgot my booking number ?
You will find a copy of the confirmation at your e-mail. If you couldn't find it also you can go to Forgot your booking and submit your e-mail, check in date, check out date and booked city. Then an e-mail will be sent by your booking number.
I didn't receive the confirmation by e-mail ?
That's why it's preferred to print the confirmation voucher. But anyway if you couldn't get your e-mail please print the confirmation voucher from Manage booking.
How I could make sure that I have a trusted confirmed booking ?
Simply, once you confirm the booking you can call the booked hotel directly to make sure it's confirmed.
What if I couldn't allocate my booking at the hotel ?
As we have mentioned before you could ensure of your booking from the hotel directly. In case you couldn't allocate your booking at the hotel that means you have informed some invalid data. So please Contact us.
Is there a charge of modifying the booking ?
No, there is no charge of modifying the booking unless you modified it within cancelation time limit.

Your credit card information is sent to the hotel and our booking partner through a secure server, using the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology.
All the displayed hotels are available or it could be on request ?
Yes, all offered hotels are available and has an instant confirmation. We don't have any "on request" hotels.
Why are my credit card details needed?
In general, your credit card details are only required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no-show" charge (generally the equivalent of a one-night stay) by the hotel.
We at ATMBooking do not have access to your credit card details and will not charge your credit card. Our booking partner will not charge your card either. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.
Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used to guarantee the reservation?
Yes. Your credit card details are only needed for guarantee purposes. You can pay at the hotel using the payment method of your choice.
I do not have a credit card. Can I still book a room?
Unfortunately all hotels require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. We are not able to process any reservation without a credit card.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
We will never charge you a cancellation fee. In order to avoid a cancellation fee from the hotel, please make sure you cancel on time according to the cancellation policy of the hotel. You will find the time limit for cancellation during booking process before confirmation
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
After you have cancelled a booking, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. In addition you can check your booking status at Manage booking.
